Tell me that these ‘kids’ do not fit the description.
Jeeze.
Scary thing is that these ‘kids’ will (probably) are back on the streets.
What should be done with the brutal young offenders who fit into adult classifications yet are to young to be classified?

That second vid is so frightening. Glad they are all on the other side of the bars!!! 😯
Those kids in the second video are scary. Many are behind bars, but there are so many that are potentially the same, just haven’t done what these kids have yet, or haven’t been caught.
Scary. These people can snap at any time.
